PRINCIPAL
ACCOUNTABILITIES（主要職責）

1.
Ensure to comply with AP and local safety, health
and environment standard, fulfill the mandatory safety requirement and
activities: safety training, safety meeting, Basic Safety Practice and all
other requirements by AP EH&S and local regulation.確保遵守AP和當地的安全、健康和環(huán)境標準,滿(mǎn)足強制性的安全要求和活動(dòng):安全培訓、安全會(huì )議、基本安全實(shí)踐和所有其他需求AP EHS和當地法規。2.
Monitor the serviceability of plant equipment and facilities and ensure
they adhere to safety, housekeeping and environmental requirements. 監控工廠(chǎng)設備和設施的服務(wù)能力,確保他們遵守安全、管理和環(huán)境的要求。3.
Responsible for purification all rotating equipment and associated
mechanical systems regular maintenance and repairing, including compressors,

Support to develop Inspection Planning and Repair Procedures. 支持制定檢查計劃和維修程序。6.
Interpretation of corporate standards as well as “recognized and
generally accepted good engineering practices” such as ASME and GB Codes and

Performing equipment design, inspection, fitness for service evaluations
and failure analysis for mechanical integrity system Development and updating

Response to maintenance requirements that could be scheduled or
unscheduled/emergency jobs, on 24/7 base, prompt response to requests for
assistance and putting in the time and effort to meet our customer’s

To be familiar with all equipment in purification Facility, maintain all
mechanical equipment accurate documents integrity and equipment history

troubleshooting and all related maintenance work or supporting work

support to implement Mechanical Integrity work and tasks, troubleshooting,

contractor’s work in the facility to guarantee safety and quality and

savings and enhancement through improved work process and equipment

technical reports either written or through entries into the resource
management system to maintain accurate documentations on the Perification
facility, and to provide information for others in the organization to carry

services in troubleshooting and resolving machinery issues using vibration
diagnostics tools and failure analysis techniques. This includes issuing
failure analysis reports and cost effective recommendations for reliability

efficiency improvement initiatives and best practices on operating machinery

minor and major shutdowns. Provide technical and hands on support as required

and periodic review of preventative/predictive maintenance programs to reduce

JOB REQUIREMENTS（崗位要求）

College or university graduated higher education holder in mechanical
engineering.
機械專(zhuān)業(yè)大專(zhuān)或大學(xué)學(xué)歷。
3. 5 years of experience in maintenance and
engineering of mechanical equipment in purification such as Steam turbines compressors,
pumps.
5年凈化裝置機械維修經(jīng)驗，處理過(guò)如下設備的相關(guān)問(wèn)題：汽輪機，壓縮機，泵等。
4.
Proven knowledge of Preventive and Predictive maintenance
methodologies and technologies.
掌握預防性/預測性維修方法和技能。

Possess good oral and written communication skills, preferable with
English language.

Able to work independently as well as in a team player.
